I think that’s pretty much been confirmed, what with him being in the E3 trailer and the 2 cutscenes done for the MCC

I think he’ll be in the game, but people are stressing just how much of an impact he’ll have. He’ll play a pivotal role in 2 missions. Tops. After that he’s a character people mention in cutscenes.
