H5 Forge crashes immediately with no error message

Specs:

  • intel i7-4850HQ quadcore @2.3GHz - 16GB RAM - Geforce GT 750M || DirectX 12 Feature Level 11_0 - 2GB video cardI pass all the minimum specs for the game. My graphics driver is up to date, I’m not getting an error message. It shows the window appear then immediately disappears within about .5-1 second. I’m not sure where to start for trouble shooting.

I did have an issue where I downloaded 95% of it at my friends then had to leave and tried to finish at my house - but it restarted the download. Then because it takes forever to download, I just went back to my friends the next day where it restarted the download fresh again before completing.

Any suggestions? If there is another forum for trouble shooting, mods, feel free to move me.

You can report your own post asking them to move it.

I have this exact same problem.

I do not even get an error message. The game just crashes. There have been a couple posts about this. One of which is locked… IDK if 343 even cares.
