H5 console question.

I need everyones honest opinion. Do you think I should shell out the money for the limited collectors edition and the console? I mean I really have high hopes for halo 5 plus I would like to see that 1TB HD on the H5 console plus the new controller, what does everyone think? Should I shell out the money for it? How much do you think it will be? Will it be under 1k? around 700 dollars?

My best idea for you is to get the new 1TB console which includes TMCC in some regions, but if you’re in the US I think you’re fine. (This also comes with the new controller) And the Halo 5 Collectors Edition is an extra $250 so I’d say around $650 total (not factoring tax or anything). Close to $700 in the end. You can catch up on Chief’s story and play Halo 5 on launch. Hope my input helps.

The thing is, I already have an xbox one and own the MCC, but I want to know should I shell out another 650 for another console H5 edition with 1TB and H5 limited collectors edition? Halo has been a large part of my life even when I was young and I have stuck with the series. I feel as if Halo 5 will really be good. I also have another use for another console sorta. I don’t know. What do you guys think? Will you be purchasing both?

Ah… I think an external HD would help you out. I use one for a lot of my games, and it saves money vs. buying a new Xbox One altogether. I feel the same way you do about Halo, but perhaps a 1TB external HD might be the best here. I guess it’d come down to preference as to whether or not you would buy a external HD or a H5 Edition console. I’m sticking with my current launch day Xbox One and external HD, but I am definitely buying Halo 5: Guardians Limited Collectors Edition on launch day.

But what I am worried about is missing out on goodies inside the xbox one H5 edition. Limited content, etc. fyi I have over 100tb combined storage space in external drives in my house, but I haven’t ever had to hook one up to my xbox one. I have only used it to play halo shrugs

i would say no.
