I am sure this topic has been discussed so please forgive me for makeing another thread.
If your debateing buying this headset please read.
I just recieved my Halo 4 Tritton Trigger headset today in the mail. I have only ever had one stereo headset and it was a turtle beach X11. The turtle beach was an epic fail, it didnt sound good and was horribly uncomfortable. I have big ears and thats why i hated the turtle beach. This trittion trigger headset fit pretty good over my ears and is very comfortable.
THIS H4 Tritton Trigger headset is amazing… Its built very well. Even a slight bit heavy but to me that is a good thing. This headset has very good and very comfortable padding and is adjustable to fit different head sizes. Before i plugged it in i put it on, and to my suprise, it actually had a good bit of noise cancelation from outside noises.
I plugged it in an instantly was impressed with the sound. It seperates sounds very well for a standard stereo headset. As i was playing Halo 3 campain, i could distinguish wich direction a grenade went off, what direction a marines voice was comeing from when he was talking, EVEN footseps comeing up behind me!!!
I can honestly say i really have nothing negative to say about this headset. If your looking for a cheaper alternative to an expensive 7:1 surround sound profesional headset i would highly recomend this headset.
