I really expect the Halo 4 servers to go down for a little due to massive amount of people who are going to be fighting alionz and robutts.
Hopefully 343 is prepared for the worst (If it happens) because a lot of people will post on the forums about it.
Thoughts?
Should be fine. When MW3 came out last year there was like 2 million people online and nothing went wrong
Easy now, this isn’t a Blizzard game!

Yes, yes he did.
I think they’re more than prepare for the massive influx of players that will be bombarding the game at launch.
Please for the love of all that is decent, knock on wood. Don’t need anyone jinxing us.
That being said, I don’t recall there being an issue with Reach or H3. So I doubt there will be an issue come Nov. 6th.
- Halos online data transfer has always been a peer-to-peer system. Meaning there are no dedicated servers. They’ve not said anything about dedicated servers thus far, so they’re out for launch at least.
2)This means that you’ll be fine on launch day and onward, providing the inter-webs themselves don’t come crashing down.
3)Expect all of Waypoints stat-tracking systems to be absolutely destroyed by the tidal wave of information being funneled into them. Company’s can never get these things right. NOT JUST YOU BLIZZARD!!!
Halo Reach Beta D1 anyone?
