I don’t think the Arbiter has been officialy confirmed out. Just no word on him yet.

You do know that John IS Master Chief, right?

As for 05-2401, he would still likley be anchored to Installation 05 because of the Flood which had already overrun that ring long before the UNSC and Covenant got there. Remember, 04-343GS only went freeroaming was because Installation 04 was destroyed, otherwise 04-343 would’ve staued there

Dr. Endesha=Dead

Vergil- Its only usefuness to the UNSC during the war was the info on the Portal to the Lesser Ark (Installation 00). Other than that, the Engineer that Vergil was downloaded in to would be alot more useful than Vergil itself

Lard Hood- Wouldn’t suprise me if he showed up In Spartan Ops, but in campagin, it would be unlikley. He’d be too busy with Sanghelli peace accords to do so

It is possible that we might see the ODST squad again, but as Spartan-IV’s

We’re not likley to see anyone from Halo Wars anytime soon (if ever)

Halsey has not been confirmed to show up. She has only been mentioned ONCE by chief, and she is most likely not aboard the Infinity.

Yea I seen a Screen Shot were she had Cortana Laying down her standing over her and chief was standing to he side of her!

Also, Primordium Spoiler Ahead Spark, or at least a copy of him, was found by a team of ONI operatives, and hijacked their ship to search for the Librarian, who he also stated was still alive somewhere. So they’re possibles.

Also, Faber isn’t dead yet, so he’s a maybe as well.
