my guess is the bar is the over heat meter and the little symbol below is the fuel tank.
now then if you look at the actual video its the scene with the white guy staring aww faced then it follows imediatly. not for a fragment of a second with the jetpack shown he also uses a sprint meaning the sprint will be built into your player not an AA
