Does Halo 4 have the challenges on the MCC that it did for 360? If not, why?
It does not. The main reason is that 343’s goal was to try to port the multiplayer game modes and maps into the MCC. They weren’t necessarily worried about all of the extra bells and whistles. That’s why none of the games have their original ranking systems, H4 is missing its challenges, etc.
