I completed Halo 3 on every difficulty & my achievements won’t unlock. It says I have 100% completion but it’s still locked. How can I fix this issue?

Happened to me to yesterday. I finished my last par score in Halo 3 and it didn’t unlock and neither did the achievement for beating all the par scores in Halo 3. It shows here on waypoint and when I look at my career in the MCC the bar is showing its unlocked. Xbox Live was having issues according to down detector there was a lot of reports. This happened to me before a week or two ago and a day later they unlocked I didn’t get the achievement notification but when I looked on true achievments and in the career menu it showed I got credit for them then.

I hope I will get them soon. I’m doing the lone wolf achievement on H5 right now and I don’t want the same thing to happen.
