I got an email telling me that I was invited to the H2A flight. I have never been invited to a flight before. I had signed up for insider when the program first launched in March of last year and set up the account. I have no notifications on Waypoint as of right now. I checked the Insider page of waypoint and it shows my steam account as unlinked and my PC Flight status as Opted out even though I did all of that when I set up my account last year. Seems that some error at some point cheated me out of the only flight that I probably get an invite to. Oh well, at least the Insider account details will be set up for next time.

Just follow the directions in the Email how about you give that a whirl or did you expect the steam version and got the MS store version. Also log in to Xbox Insider and see if your invite is there.

I followed the instructions which told me to check Waypoint for notifications. The problem was that at some point all the Insider info that I had set up when I first joined the program last year was all reset for some reason. I will just have to wait for the next flight.

Check Xbox Insider App it may be in there I forgot to mention that before.

I signed up originally for the PC flighting, so that would be fruitless. It’s fine, I appreciate your response and help but at this point it’s just better to wait until H2A releases or another flight. I am just disappointed that all the Insider info I originally set up was reset and stopped me from playing.

You do not get to pick the Platform and the Xbox Insider app is for PC You will get either the MS store version for PC via the Xbox Insider App or a steam key. They choose the platform not you, just because you have steam selected dose not mean you will get the steam version. My First Flight was MS Store, Second was Steam and now back on the MS Store platform.
Are you guys gonna fix this? I saw another comment from BOT, he said these post are non-sense and that we should go to basics and trouble shoot it, but If I can’t even join the insider forums, how am I supposed to troubleshoot it if there’s not any message?

If you are getting “access denied” on the Insider Support site or can’t access it, that means that you are not accessing it with the correct account. Make sure that you are signing in with the GT / email you use for flighting - this can differ from the email associated with your gamertag, so be sure to check your Insider profile if you have a different email for communication.
You’ll have an initial email with information about the flight then further information in a message from the SYSTEM account ere on Waypoint in your message inbox: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/messages

I have the same issue and I am using the correct account. My messages are empty. I received an email inviting me to the flight, but I am unable to access any insider related pages. They just say “access denied”. I have already tried all methods posted by Monitors from the past 48 hours. I have already sent a support ticket, but based off of the experiences of others with this issue, it may not be resolved before the end of the test.

No, I don’t think you are getting the issue, there’s no message but I did get an email regarding a flight was available for me. Don’t give me fake hope.
