I’m sure in motion it’ll be easier to see the CG, but in that still image… daaaamn.

I just really can’t wait to see the Gravemind or High Charity… I mean that place made me stop and stare back in 2004 when it was just a few flat planes for buildings.
So far I have yet to see something I don’t like in Halo 2 Anniversary.

Oh my god… Johnson and The Arbiter look real. I used to think Halo 2 had pretty good graphics but looking at the in game screen shots side by side, its just, wow.
They have really done a very good job. I can not wait to land on Delta Halo again this fall!

It should already be obvious that those hi res images are for cutscenes and not actual game play.

The cutscenes are being completely remade by Blur in CGI.
Wow forget Johnson and Regret look at the Arbiter. He is getting the full make over.
I never noticed, until just now looking at those pics, that Regret wears earings. And did so in the original Halo 2.

The ODST drop scene is gonna be amazing!
“I am a monument to all your sins.” That right there is what I am most looking forward to.

Right? For the longest time I thought they were just massive skin tags or something…
I like everything I see except for the Arbiter. It doesn’t feel faithful at all; he looks cool but it doesn’t capture the arbiter’s intelligence and look of determination in H2.
