So I did something that used to be resolved automatically in previous Halo titles. I started up a new blank forgeworld map on Nebula and quickly deleted the spawning platform with spawn points. Later, after forging for maybe an hour or two I save my map and end the game. What I didn’t anticipate was that now I can’t forge the map anymore because there are no initial spawn points or respawn points. When opening my map through forge the timer ticks down to zero and nothing happens. I can’t press up on the d-pad to become monitor, because I technically haven’t spawned yet.
I’m pretty sure previous Halo Titles would force spawn you onto a default invisible spawn point if there were no others. Please help if you have any solutions to this. I couldn’t find any other posts on this issue, but I can’t imagine I’m the only one.
Basically, Forge won’t work because I saved a work in progress and didn’t include spawn points yet, as I was primarily setting up the layout and structure of my level. I hope there is a fix or upcoming patch to resolve this issue, unless there already exists an easy fix.
I’ve already tried opening the map in other gamemodes and starting new rounds but nothing seems to matter.

Alright, after testing this on a new blank Nebula map and deleting all spawn points, you can spawn in. In my game however, you still can’t because my default invisible spawn point is somehow inside one of my objects, probably a 10x10 Block or Colosseum wall/window. So as it seems you cannot respawn if your only spawn point is located inside an object. This is pretty aggravating seeing as all I need is to be able to place a new spawn point. Hope there is a fix or upcoming solution to this problem.
