h2 beam rifle delta bug(card) fixed thank you 343!

Waypoint is somehow not allowing me to put links(I dont know how to anyway) I got the cert but there is nothing it shows I unlocked it but it is just a gold card.The beam rifle is working perfectly(awesome) so it is just the card
