Ok, so I’m always hearing how people would want a Halo 2 redone. Full blown HD remake with original mp. Some may even just want maps for the current Halo title. Well I have an idea that would be just perfect IMO.
Halo 2 Arcade, It would come free with every next gen xbox console. Pre-installed on every HDD. It would be H2 multiplayer only and it would either be graphically overhauled or just regular Halo 2 mp. What better way to get people playing than by basically making it a F2P to all the people that buy the new xbox? This would also leave room for a HD remake of the campaign for the actual anniversary of Halo 2 if 343 chose to do that. It could only help the Halo franchise and next gen xbox. I’ve had this idea for a while now and I can just picture how great it could. I messaged Larry Hyrb and a few others and suggested Halo 2 Arcade months and months back. I just hope that they would consider. I know it would be very unlikely but it would make the next xbox a first in line day 1 purchase for sure.
