This is completely different its not the skins thats doing the issue, its something with the latest update thats messed with the spawns on H2A theres a chance if you play H2A that a bug will wont let you spawn in matchmaking while playing H2A while other players are playing the game but you are not.
This issue is on PC and Console players.

Same here. An entire match went by without it letting me spawn and somehow I had 11 deaths. Great game.
PC player here, I thought I was going crazy thinking my Internet is bad. I dunno if I should be relieved or annoyed it’s such a widespread issue.
I am having this issue, too, and was just given a ban for leaving the match despite not being able to do anything. Very unfair and I am upset.
How has this not been fixed yet?

Nope, the toggle doesn’t effect it. The glitch just happened again, even after restarting the console.
On Xbox. Just at this moment experienced this issue. Trying toggle off Skins in H2 to see if it keeps it from happening.
Leave the game and rejoin if this happens to you. This fixes it for me, I only experience this on my steamdeck nowadays.
2nd match I have ever played for H2A & it’s been waiting for “Respawn 0” to go away.
Been having this and yeah this issue is essentially game-breaking. Why is this is the only thread on the internet about it?
As I mentioned previously - if it happens, leave and rejoin.
