H: CEA Shield Recharge Sound

I recently downloaded the new 58GB update for MCC on the Xbox One (just the regular One, not the S or X). I am very happy the classic sound effects have returned for H: CE/A, but I’ve discovered a new bug present in both the campaign and multiplayer. When listening to the Spartan’s warning chime that their energy shields are fully drained, it plays normally at first for a couple seconds then “restarts” itself. I can’t really describe it a better way, so I hope it’s okay I posted a link of it below.
