I have received h 2 classic last year , i can log in into games for windows live ( with hard difficulty) but is not possible find people online because the server is blocked! It s not a problem of " unpopolated server "
Sorry OP, but Halo 2 for PC / Vista was shut down a number of years ago now. I believe it was finally shut down back in 2015
