Well guys, if you haven’t seen or heard, this just happened:

Now, I haven’t read this, so I don’t know what kind of spoilers we’re talking about here. Rather they’re big or small, it’s time to go dark. You might just think this is the end of the storm. No, this is just the beginning. Now, I don’t know why, but usually Halo games (since around Halo 2 or 3 I think) have been leaked about a month or two before they release, which obviously leads to people posting spoilers. I’m not saying that’s gonna happen, but you never know.

All I’m saying is, browse at your own discretion. If you don’t want to be spoiled about Halo, don’t browse Halo, or things related. Anyone could post any quick spoiler anywhere, before any moderators or such can clean it up. YouTube, IGN, even these forums, nothing is safe. Board up your homes/place of shelter everyone.

all I know is that IGN is a game company… They may already know something that we may not know so yeah… Spoilers may be big from them…

That must have taken some extra ordinary zooming in cuz dang. Why would a site even post an article like that. I know you would want the latest information so you can say you had the scoop first but damn come on.

It’s obviously not a huge thing to the plot if it was in a trailer put out by 343i.
I doubt they’d do that. Just something for us to drool over for a bit :slight_smile:

I feel the same way. I want no campaign spoilers, but I can’t stand the thought of not going on Waypoint or checking on some Halo 4 news.

For those who are really concerned, it was not a huge spoiler.

The script just confirmed that the spoilerDidact is in the game, and the exchange that happened (like one sentence) repeats how he once fought humans, but we knew that from the book and it was pretty obvious that he’d be in the game(SPOILER)[/spoiler]

Yep, agreed. I’m going dark from the forums though, I’ll be watching multiplayer videos from Ducain, Nakedeli, etc.

I just don’t click on any threads that talk about single player/the story.

The only thing I’m interested in hearing about are specific MP features.

In stead of coming on the forums and saying “I’m going dark everyone”, Why do you just go dark, don’t tell people, unless they openly ask you in PMs, instead of cluttering up the forums with pointless threads.

This isnt a leak, they hid that there intentionally, what are the chances that would happen by accident, and the way the video fades over the paper quickly as if trying to hide it clearly show that was put in there as a little surprise.
