Guys. Idea.

Just finished playing for the night, and I was mulling over this idea the entire time.

First person executions.

I noticed that in the “tackle” execution you are pretty much face to face. I couldn’t help but think that if that was first person, the feeling of impact would be amazing. Seeing the enemy spartan helmet to helmet as you plunge a knife into his gut. And knowing that he knows exactly who did it.

Dude. Forget the DMR, the vehicles, the playlists, we need THIS.

Maybe I’m a bit to into this, but I think it would be purty cool!

What you guys think?

no. thanks anyway.

It wouldn’t be in this game though.

Why? How would it not be cooler to assassinate face to face, than with a lame zoom-out 3rd person animation.

It would help with continuity, and just be an all-around more visceral experience.

I’d love it, but I still would like to have third-person assassinations as well.

it would be a pain since it takes away everything else you can see going on around you.

I can’t imagine it would be difficult to TU in a toggle.

Idk the particulars of the code developed by 343, or what exactly a TU is allowed to do, but I could probably write the code myself. lol

Pulling an assassination is meant to be a risk in the first place.
