There’s just waaaay to much AR gameplay I feel like the gameplay gets rather stale pretty quickly. The BR needs to be implemented more in every single map period. The commando has way too much recoil on controller at the end of the clip and really kinda makes it a trash gun. (this gun needs the most work imo)
Melee distance doesn’t always register properly and can be very frustrating. Remove BXB immediately, that is mad annoying to lose a fight to when you had it won.
There’s several times where it feels like the body hit registration on the AR just isn’t accurate some people take a whole clip in the body after several headshots and just run away.
Getting knocked out of zoom on guns makes it feels less competitive in a sense for snipers it makes complete sense and I’m with this move 100% but on everything else it dulls the firefights.
There’s way too many grenades. Limit grenades to 2-3
Lastly there’s something about the sidekick not sure what it is but the kills with it just aren’t satisfying enough…idk
Other than these few bugs/mechanics the game is and feels pretty solid
AR will phase out in time I think as more people get better. I already prefer the sidekick even in CQC unless I’m getting the jump on someone and know I’ll win an AR duel. There is no bonus damage to shields on headshots so just spam body shots until shields break and go for the quick headshot with the sidekick.
Melee feels off to me as well, they need to tweak lunging for sure.
AR hit reg is fine it probably just has bloom like most of the guns seem to have now. Don’t use AR for anything other than CQC, you likely barely hit the enemy and as I mentioned before there isn’t a bonus shield damage for headshots so if you were aiming for the head it would not have melted his shields.

Descope has always been apart of halo
They removed it in h4 and it was received with heavy backlash. Getting knocked out of scope adds a layer of skill required to stay on point with the sudden jolt back.
BXB is already patched internally and won’t be in the final game.
I agree with the AR being all of the place. I’ve emptied an entire Mag into someone and they still live while I’ve also used only half the Mag and gotten the kill
I feel like the sidekicks problem is the sound design. It sounds like a BB gun and I feel the gun needs a slower rate of fire and increase dmg to compassionate
