gun tweeking is nothing compared to...

Honestly, I would rather the DMR and other weapons just stay the way they are for the rest of Halo 4’s support life. The game is a major disappointment, and having to readjust to new weapon tweeks is an annoyance.

Halo 4 is DMR, and I got used to it.

Halo 4 is OD, and I got used to it.

If there is anything that needs changing to make a serious improvement it is the elimination of OD across the board - POD, ROD, OOD, and get rid of the loadouts having such powerful weapons (DMR, boltshot, etc.). Then we can talk about nerfing and buffing select weapons…

nerfing and buffing is like painting the nails on a pig in the mud.

I agree that Ordnance is Halo 4’s biggest problem, with default sprint and custom secondaries and grenades close runner ups, but I’ll take what I can get.

Now if Legendary Slayer gets rid of all these things, that would be a big step in the right direction, but Infinity would still be the default setting, and as a player who likes to enjoy many playlists, I hope they realize they should just keep infinity in infinity and let BTB, CTF, and multi-team have more stripped down settings without all the gimmicks.

What is Legendary Slayer?

Is it really nothing or is it an annoyance? I eagerly anticipate using the Carbine again.

I imagine they could make BTB Pro gametypes that would eliminate PP and Plasma Grenades at start as well as OD.

You’re complaining about the weapon balancing? Seriously?

Honestly, “boo hoo” you have adjust to weapon tweaks.

Darn, I feel for you. I did it in Mass Effect for over a year. Its not that hard.

As for OD? I feel some emmense happiness that Ordnance will infact never be removed from this game at all. Infinity gametypes remain my favorite ones.

“You’re what’s wrong with Halo”

Yeah yeah, heard it before, still don’t care what you think.

Ordinance drops don’t need to be removed, they need to be reworked into a support and sustain role for the initial drop, with power weapons and power ups being kept out of the rotation until the second drop. Perhaps requiring that you survive until your second drop to get heavier weaponry would work as well.

You mean Halo 4 is DMR 4
