Gun in the trailer is not a pistol

Ok so I am saying right now, I know alot of you will have your doubts and I mean no offense to any of you. But I have heard/seen lots of speculation that the gun Master Cheif uses in the first trailer that came out is a pistol… seriously just think logicaly to yourself… what pistol shoots a -Yoinking!- explosive? Its clearly not a pistol, it doesn’t even look like it. Watch the trailer on 1080p and pause/rewind/zoom all that -Yoink- and you will see for yourself. Heres why its not the pistol I am sure.

  1. Master Chief reloads the weapon by putting the explosive on the end, he doesn’t slide a clip out which any gun that doesn’t shoot explosives would need.

  2. He uses the gun to blow up something infront of him, a normal bullet from a pistol couldn’t do that.

  3. at the end of the barrel there is the large explosive which you couldn’t just shove at the end of a normal pistol

  4. when he fires the weapon, the top half of it is popped up.

I am sure theres probly more reasons someone else could think of, but I am just stating the obvious, I am just tired of some people asuming its a pistol so I am clearing up some smoke.

That’s why people are referring to it as a “Rocket Pistol.” It looks like a pistol and shoots rockets.

I would bet in a Pro-Pipe replacement. I hope to god we don’t get to pick between a explosive or regular pistol. Picking between a H2 type M6C or a H3 type M6G is one thing.
