Does anyone know how to get the emblem
Pretty sure it’s 343 employees only.

My guess is it’s probably still only 343 employees who can get it.
Would make sense considering the emblem is 343 Guilty Spark, or can be considered that.
I’ve seen no 343i employe wear it though…
I think 343 get everything unlocked by default. Although I know for a fact that a majority of the people who have things like custom game emblems and commando fracture skin modded it, seeing as how one of my friend’s clan mates said they modded all armor and commendations since its so easy do without getting caught.
Is it possible it’s achieved by playing Forge a lot?

Flying Colors is given when you beat a 343i member in a game, or a team of them I think.

I played a match with someone who had that emblem yesterday, then after the match I asked him how he got it and he said I don’t know I just found it in my emblems… Interesting

Its been confirmed by a mod that its a 343 employee exclusive.
