Lets clear this out. A lot of people in the community think its unlocked by working at 343. NO!!!. I played with a guy on Halo 4 who had the emblem a couple weeks back and asked him how he unlocked it. He said you unlock the emblem by getting 100% commendations (Complete all commendations for commendation mastery). So far this is the only guy I have seen with the emblem and if he has told a way then so far that’s how you unlock it. Try and spread this around the Halo Web to tell fans, including credit or not. Thanks guys.

Im pretty sure that is correct, at least, that is what I have heard about it

Quite a few people have got 100% commendations on this forum and not one of them has reported this 
As far as I can see, the dude who had 100% commendations modded them, which unlocked all the emblems and he thinks it’s 343i unlock only.

He is a modder and that information is wrong.
You get a Halo Waypoint Code for the emblem, when you unlock an achievement or something in Halo Spartan Assault.
90% of the people with this emblem are modders and should get banned in my opinion.

Anyway, this is all that I’ve seen about how to get the Guilty emblem: Link so I think it’s 343i staff only. If you’ve seen someone with it in Matchmaking they may have modded their account.

Let me clear this up. Some people think the emblem is unlocked with 100% commendations. NO!!! You get the emblem if you are an employee of 343 Industries. Any other way of getting said emblem is modding. Lets try to clear the fog surrounding said emblem. Thanks guys.
Sal at HaloFanForLife has almost got 100% commendations, if he gets the emblem then I’ll let you guys know. The guy who told me was SR130. Usually modders are really low SR Ranks. Plus this guy had over 1000 war games matches completed and his most favourite playlist was btb and his most used weapon was the DMR. I’m pretty sure this guy was legit. I am at 685 on my coms. If I get the emblem from 100% then I’ll be sure to post a topic on it. Trust me on this one guys

How does having a high SR rank, a DMR, and a favorite playlist make him a trustworthy source?

On my old account I’m SR130, fav weapon in the BR and play mostly BTB. Doesn’t mean I can’t simply mod my account to have any emblem/armour/commendation I want. It’s not exactly hard to do with Halo 4.
what I was trying to point out is that he has played lots of multiplayer to achieve his goal, plus most people who mod there Spartan usually use the team emblems to show it. I don’t know if this is true till somebody else replies on this topic or I get it myself but I have been told so as far as I know this is what I’m going with. Also to back up my proof is that guilty and the team emblems are the only emblems that aren’t known how to unlock. Non of the emblem unlock requirements requires 100% comms and if anything 343 would award you for getting 100% comms.

I’m fairly positive that’s because they can’t be unlocked and are only for denoting the teams in-game, not for being used as personal emblems.
Fairly positive, not 110%, but fairly positive. I’ve yet to see proof of the contrary and posts asking how to get the team emblems have always been locked.

My only guess - and it isn’t that good of a guess at that - is because of the emblem’s name. 343 Guilty Spark, and 343Industries. Both have 343 in their name.
Coincidence most likely, but it’s just a thought.
There was a thread a few pages back https://forums.halowaypoint.com/yaf_postst192949_Multiplayer-Emblem--Energy---how-to-unlock.aspx where it was thought that the new Halo novel would unlock it some how, but this was also denied (about half way down the post)
So I don’t know. If it is unlikely unlocked by 100% commendations, great. If it’s 343 exclusive (And they don’t have to use the emblem if they don’t want to, I doubt it’s a requirement), great. Either way, it doesn’t matter to me since I’m happy with my snake emblem

Like every said, it is only available to 343i Employees ONLY. Shame though, its a nice looking emblem.

That’s why (you might have noticed the link to that earlier on if you didn’t just jump in and post without reading.)
Just because employees have access to it, doesn’t mean they will use it.
Short of someone from 343 coming out and saying specifically that the Guilty and Team emblems are not available to the public period no matter what they do… I’m fairly certain there will still be threads asking about how to get them.
I don’t know about the Guilty emblem (Am fairly positive it’s 343 only), but I am 100% sure that you can’t get the Team emblems under normal circumstances - which is a major pity since the Dinosaur, Cougar, and Snake emblems are awesome.
I JUST UNLOCKED THE GUILTY EMBLEM AND I DON’T HAVE ALL MY ACCOMIDATIONS DONE I DON’T KNOW HOW I GOT IT BUT I GOT IT ANYBODY KNOW WHY I GOT IT?
