What’s your take on guests being in ranked playlists. Honestly, it’s like my fate is sealed once a guest is on my time. From my personal experience, 9/10, the guest is nooby and a slacker. All hell just breaks loose when you have that person who brings along 2 guests, and what happens, the usual; they quit.
Really, I’m tired of carrying (in general lol) those people. I know people will say, they should be allowed to experience any and everything that the original user can. Damn, but does it not annoy you to have a freeloader on your team xD.
If I had a full party of at least 3 consistent people, then I wouldn’t really be complaining. I know I sound self-centered, but really, go play socialist or get your own actual account. I’m open to other suggestions, and refrain from flaming …

Guests should be allowed to play in every playlist period. I want to play with my friends, and we want more competitive settings. We DONT want to spend the next two hours downloading everyone’s profile.
You can’t play as a guest in a ranked playlist. This has never been the case in any Halo. However, you can play on the same Xbox as someone else locally with yours or someone else’s gamertag on splitscreen.
As far as social, I can care less. Anyone should be allowed.
This is only a problem in Reach because of the lack of Ranked playlists. If they return to 1-50 and split ranked and social im sure guests will only be allowed in social.

I’m more shocked that you never get a bummy guest on your team, very surprising, but me, they go like -10 all the time. Yeah, lol I thought about the whole profile downloading thing while posting, I understand…

Your right about that, in Reach, it’s a noob fest. And some how the good people get stuck on the other team for me. Sometimes it changes. I forgot how guest couldn’t play ranked in H3, I can’t wait till they bring that back in Halo 4, if it happens.
Ranked: None at all. Social: Max of 1 guest for the main account(The account that the guest is playing of off.). Or this for Social: There should be certain playlist where people with over 1, or have 4 guest are not aloud to play. For example if it’s a 5 V 5 playlist. If they have more than 1 guest. Then they are not aloud to play it. But if it’s like Big Team. They are aloud to have the max amount of guest.

Did your friends ever thought about spending a few dollars in a flashdrive/memorystick whatever you call it and save their profiles on there. Now they can simply plug it out at their xbox and plug it in on yours and voila there are accounts without downloading for HOURS and nobody complaints about guests .
Yeah, I don’t care how many guests they toss in socials playlist. They can have up to 3 guest on each account (4 split screen), there shouldn’t be restrictions in socials…

It still sucks though that they are aloud having that many guest for one account in matchmaking. If you’re doing solo you might end up getting matched up with that one -Yoink- that has 3 guest. If it’s a 5 V 5 playlist. And that person quits you are left by your self facing a full team. Or if it’s reversed the enemy player would be facing a full team.
For Big team you have 8 on a team. If some one has 3 guest. Including the host that’s 4 people. So half of your, or the enemies team is basically one account. If they quit or get booted half of your, or the enemies team is gone.
To me if they are aloud having that many guest. There should be certain playlist where people with that many guest are not aloud to play. For example if it’s a 5 V 5 playlist. If they have more than 1 guest. Then they are not aloud to play it. But if it’s like Big Team. They are aloud to have the max amount of guest.

Remember that not every friend owns a Xbox 360, so they would be forced to be guests
Keep em out of Ranked bad enough when one person quits but if they had a guest your instantly down 2 people and would have little to no chance of winning. Also allowing guests into Ranked would allow for easier griefing/boosting/deranking when one idiot has another with him.
As for social I have no problem with guests, just don’t always give them priority when it comes to hosting people with guests are more likely to quit I hate staring at black screens.
