I know this is a weird topic with everything but it’s something I noticed when playing. I make machinima on YouTube and sometimes when I’m able to I’ll just use my guest accounts to do the things I need without needing other people. Recently and I noticed this especially after Halo 2 anniversary got an update. On Xbox currently everytime I log a guest account on and try to change their armor it just resets to default. This only happens with everything that has been updated. So far Halo 3 and Halo 4 don’t do this and I’m worried when they do update the ability to change their armor will go away. I’m not sure if this is a bug or something but if I could get an answer or something that would be great! What’s also weird is that this happens on not just guest accounts. My dad has a Microsoft account and I tried to log him in and it does the same thing. I really hope this is just a bug because this will make making content harder in the future. I’ve read somewhere that it could be a anti cheat sort of thing but that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me because why would changing armor color or type effect gamplay and or cheat in someway when guest accounts are allowed in online.
