unfortunately, the support pages are subpar at best and I’m physically unable to make a support ticket through their “never going to reach a person” system…
I’m so tired of this nonsense…
The flight isn’t active on any platforms until Thursday night, the same night when it will be available to preload. I’ve seen this a few times, and I’m going to suggest that this is just a temporary error message.

thats because there is no flight up, you cant do anything till thursday.

The emails being handed out right now are just preselection emails to confirm your place in the flight.
Download instructions and codes and handing out on Thursday evening (US time)
Are all invites out or is this just first wave?
I’ve been signed up to flight since MCC came out on PC. Been in every MCC PC flight so far but neither of the infinite ones

This flight is going out to all insiders. If you were registered by 9/13 and opted into communcuations you should receive an invite. The emails are being sent out in waves

No codes for Halo Infinite have been sent out yet, the code you are probably looking at is for The Season 8 flight for MCC which ended last week and is no longer available. All flight keys get revoked at the end of a flight. Nothing for this week’s Halo Infinite flight will be sent out here on Waypoint until later this week.
