Same, I had 3 skins for it untill I unlocked it on Friday oh the sweet relief.

It’s earned either way dude. You have to play for the reward whether it’s random or not.

Really? You just have to complain? Why not congratulate OP on getting a DMR? I know mine was a pain to achieve

I didn’t get the base DMR til about level 80. Now I have like 7 of them. All in good time, just keep grinding guys.

H2 BR is better anyway, hardly use the DMR anymore.
