What are the thoughts on the characters being brought into Halo 5? I’m personally very pleased with the intro of Blue Team, since we’ve heard (read) about them so much, but what about Osiris? And which do you think you’ll like more?
I had recently rewatched halo legends, you know, the animatrix for halo… and was surprised when some of the names being tossed around for Halo 5 are in that old animation group…

Yeah there was a lot if stuff being brought up as like easter eggs in there. Just waiting for Spartan 1337 to be introduced to a Halo game XD
Blue Team for sure. Iv been reading the books for years and i cant explain how excited i am to finely see them in a game. Cant contain the hype!

My thoughts exactly! Ever since the first mention of Blue Team, I’ve been waiting for them to be released and at long last, they’re here! 
I feel like I don’t really care about the female members of Osiris. Vale may grow on me though, she does have some unique armor and a sangehilei expert could be interesting.
It’s not so much they’re bad, just out of osiris Buck has had a whole game, a book dedicated largely to him. and has a popular actor. Locke has had a ton of promotion. But Vale and Tanaka haven’t really had a moment for me to care about them.
I’ll definitely like Blue Team more. Ever since Halo CE I’ve always thought to myself, “wouldn’t it be cool to have a team of Spartans fighting alongside you?”
Then Halo Reach came along and it was an awesome feeling to be part of a Spartan team, even though most were III’s.
Now, at long last we’ll be able to play as the Master Chief and have his own “family” fighting with him…I really can’t wait.

Halo legends is what opened up my eyes to the halo lore outside of the games. Watched it. Then read most of the books
I like Blue Team more, but I like Osiris being added as well. I can’t wait to see what chemistry these two teams will have when they eventually fight… 
I like blue time and the arbiter a lot not so much of locke idk if its me but i see him as a rebellion to chief.

Yeah I just hope that they don’t do anything rash with any of the characters that they just brought in "-.- lol
It seems to me that Blue team has a longer and more extensive history than fire team Osiris, but Osiris does have an interesting team line up for this up comeing campaign.

Yeah, we’ve already pretty much got our favorite characters and I feel like they’re gonna be the ones we’ve already been exposed to.

Yeah I feel like this game is like the intro to Osiris and kinda like a “welcome back” to Blue Team.

Yeah, they’re superior but I think it’s more exciting playing with Chief’s family since we’ve heard and read so much about them

Tanaka has an arc or two in Escalations roughly dedicated to her. And Vale has a whole novel for herself as well. Plus she’s the youngest of all the Spartans, being only 22. Makes Osiris relateable to a certain point
