So, for whatever reason, I have two slides of metal with several broken pieces. Now, I’m not one to complain often, but considering the money that was thrown down on this Limited Edition I’d expect it’s contents to be secure upon receiving it. GameStop can’t and wont do anything about it, and now I suppose it falls on 343. I paid money for Damaged* product, and I’d like to see this wrong corrected.
Hm, this really should be one for Gamestop and not 343i. Your contract is with Gamestop as they are the retailer you purchased the game from. I would contact them again and try and escalate the issue if possible, as they should be the ones to replace it for you.
Who would you even contact at Amazon about it?
