So I am on the verge of owning every single thing you could possibly get from common to rare. The only things left are those fancy tracker variants of the DMR and SMG. I open what I believe is my final silver pack before the next update, and all it gives me is REQ points! I thought the req system would give you every req able to be earned from a certain pack guaranteed! Before the update, all I needed left was the extended mag DMR, and the same thing happened. Luckily, I got it after the update out of a WZ daily win(what are the odds of that?). Are these remaining REQs exclusive to something, like daily wins or gold packs? I really want to finish off silver packs before I even start getting golds.

They have broken rarities. You can only obtain them from Gold packs, and I guess maybe from a daily win (likely a Warzone daily win.)
The tracker loadouts are from gold packs only for some reason.
the req points means that you have finished the silver pack

it’s weird sometimes you cant get stuff from silvers. trust me dude it’s time to move onto golds.

Make sure you check your collection. My friend thought he wasn’t receiving the new Wrath armor because it was not showing when he was opening gold packs, he was just getting the 6,000 back. He checked his collection and it was there, it just somehow failed to show up when he was buying his packs.
I was in a very similar situation. I had all blues unlocked except extended mag dmr and was getting 1500 req refunds. Mor was released, I proceeded to buy my 8 silver packs.
I got extended mag dmr & an assault rifle skin within those packs but no tracking sensor smg or dmr.
I’ve moved on to golds… those tracking smg and dmr will unlocked from golds (or not, idc) Their rarity is glitched as well as extended mag dmr.

Wait, really? I have only been doing silver packs and have gotten 2, the br and the smg, from silver packs.
If you are getting the two 1500 req point cards that means you are 100% done with silver’s… It’s time to celebrate not internet rage… welcome to the long gold pack grind…
