You’re kidding right? When GTA Online originally launched last year it barely worked for almost a full month. They may be doing a better job of communicating, but their game was a mess. They also had over a year to upgrade and port an already completed game to a new system.

I remember the problems GTA online had as well as Halo 4 problems. As far as right now Rockstar is doing a better job with its customers. Look at the difference in the forum posts between the two sites.

We should expect all companies that provide us consumers goods or services a quality product.

I Purchased GTA V on launch day just like everyone else and the multiplayer wasnt being released for another month because they wanted to make sure the game worked. and what happened? the multiplayer was still completely unplayable! Yes they eventually fixed it, just as i am sure 343i will fix MMC also but because of how many games come out on a yearly basis it just turned into another game on the ever growing pile of games i am yet to return to. Hopefully I wont shelf this game as quickly as i did GTA but I bought this to play co-op with my wife (which saves & achievements are not working) and to play multiplayer (which i don’t have the time to wait 30 mins for a match)

I do agree that Rockstar has shown great customer service with their bug reports and keeping the community informed on updates but i would rather all the staff going into fixing this game rather than have someone or multiple people sitting on a computer replying to every tweet/thread/post/comment/message that comes their way.

We should also expect customers to not act childish by creating spam, insulting the developers and going as far as threatning violence against developers like this community has done.

Yeah I’m with TomServo53 on this, you clearly missed the launch of GTA V originally. Your post is invalid. It was a total mess, like ridiculously terrible. This launch, while messing up matchmaking for sure (for the most part, I personally have found many games but I know lots of others haven’t), includes the campaigns of Halo’s 1, 2, 3, and 4. While they are definitely not perfect, they are certainly playable. GTA V was screwed. Rockstar had lots of time to get ready for their second launch, and hey look, still problems. If you’re gonna complain and whine about something, at least get it right
