One option I’d like to see included in Halo 5 is the ability to turn on the Grunt Birthday Party effect in custom games.
It goes without saying that not everyone appreciates it in matchmaking, but some of us enjoy it in customs, so having it as a selectable option seems a reasonable compromise.
