So the question is simple should Ground Pound be in Grifball? It seems like a cheap score to me. Also how do you throw the ball really far?
I think it’s fun getting kills with the ground pound but yes, I think it’s a cheap way to score too.
And I think you just press the right trigger to throw the ball.
Nay.
You can jump and kill them with the sword.
No, I don’t think so. Maybe it should be disable only for carrier? I know people like to get kills with it, but seeing as the carrier can jump so much higher and just ground pound into the goal, it really shouldn’t be usable for that.
yay
I agree with removing it from the ball carrier, if not everyone. It does just seem like an easy way of scoring. Having said that… maybe I just need to get used to it?
It’s a great addition to the game and easily countered with sword and I have killed them often with hammer as well.
groundpound should stay
It’s honestly not that bad of an addition to the mode. Spartan Charge on the other hand…

Spartan Charge really doesn’t bother me now ground pound does, If you get boosted it should be pure luck to land directly on the plant site, not the easiest thing in the world like it is now. Other than that, and exploits I’m loving it like McDonald’s
I like it. I think it adds a cool dynamic. The grif can still be killed pretty easily by a sword.
Yay
It doesn’t seem to get used enough to be much of a factor especially in a flat arena, so yay. It only comes up when someone gets launched by a hammer.
it’s awesome seeing someone try an gp and get slice and diced, leave it and stop complaining. Is gp the new “armor lock is so op”?
Nay
Nay to ground-pounding on any game mode. It’s such a stupid mechanic.

Go watch my recent vids
I am a beast a ground pounding kids in grifball
I’m surprised ppl don’t know how to play the base game so I don’t expect them to like of adapt to this new skill set
I think it should stay in. It makes players weary of always using the hammer since it is possible to launch the ball carrier up high enough for them to ground pound it in.

Not complaining just stating my opinion
I enjoy it purely because it is a new mechanic, and a really fun one as well
