Here are my gripes with the multiplayer lobby for Halo 5. Let me know if you agree and hopefully if you do 343 will read this and make the changes in Halo 6.
How many people are playing in each playlist: I am not sure about you guys but I like to know how many people are playing a particular gametype. It lets me know how popular it is and if I’m having trouble finding a game I would know it’s how many people are in the playlist not problems with my connection not letting me join people.
Seeing everyones stats before the game starts: This is something they need to bring back. In my opinion one of the better things to do to pass the time while the game is loading is look at everyone, see what level they are, and what kind of armor they got on.
Leaving the lobby after every match: I think this option is probably the worst listed. Reason 1 being it takes away my choice. Maybe I finally found a lobby full of competent Spartans for WZFF but now I lost it all. Yeah I can try to invite all those people again but chances that all of them accept? Slim to none. Reason 2 If I don’t really like who I’m playing with because they are significantly better than I am, or they are immature I will just leave after the game is over. IMO I think giving us the option to choose wether or not we want to continue playing with the same people by letting us stay in the lobby after the game ends is better than not giving us a choice at all.
Choice for maps: I think this one explains itself. While I like all the maps in Halo, I have to admit some maps are more enjoyable than others. And I would like the choice to choose to go to that one…
Summary: All in all this is about 343 Industries taking away our choices. I would like to have those choices back if you feel the same way or you feel a different way let me know.

I agree with every thing except what is in bold. A veto or vote option only ensures the most popular maps and game types get played. This creates a problem for those of us that enjoy maps like backwash (H2) or Epitaph (H3).
I understand these may not be your favorite maps but there is a high likely hood they are someones favorite map , and a veto/vote system ensures they won’t be played. How is that fair?
It’s only one game , (if you were able to stay in the same lobby and get an actual rotation of maps) , can you not deal with a map you don’t like for one game?
Maybe I don’t like Valhalla , or The Pit , or whatever is popular in Halo 5 (sorry don’t play it) , why should I be forced to play those maps (and exclusively those maps as previous vote/veto options has proven to happen) if I don’t like them.
