I don’t know why but all of a sudden I can ding games quickly in mcc so first thank 343 for what ever you done to the servers in mcc but let me get to my topic. I’m coming from halo 5 being my first halo game while playing this game for 2 years I’ve improved dramatically from barly holding a silver to almost being able to hold my own against onyx players in slayer(almost had my first Onyx in ffa before the season ended on my other account) I’ve been getting stressed out a little to much by h5 and need a break so I’ve been mainly playing h2 anniversary h3 and reach and I’ve been taking a liking to them so I’m thinking of grinding primarily the team hardcore playlists to see if I can improve or learn anything to apply to h5 any tips and pointers to play the mlg playlist and how to improve as a player?
add me if you need help
Watch a lot of POV gameplay from MLG tournaments back in the day. Also look up some of the “Strides Last Longer Halo 3” videos. You’ll be amazed at how much you can pick up just from watching videos of pro players. They talk a lot about decision making. If you’re focusing on actual “skill” of hitting shots and what not, that will just take some practice.
It’s great that you’re practicing for Halo 6 by playing other Halo’s, but in all reality, each Halo is a different beast in its own right. A very-skilled Halo 3 player can easily get outgunned if they’re playing a Halo 5 match, and vice versa. That applies to every Halo, just used those two for the sake of an example.
In the end, if you want to be good at Halo 6, you’ll have to master Halo 6 when it comes out.
