Not quite, Using the Sword/gravity Hammer takes skill. It all depends on when you swing your hammer. You should only use your sword against the ball carrier. I can get some nice multi kills with the hammer

Everyone has the same REQs in Grifball. So… yeah. Level playing field. Nothing like WZT.

And only reason I related it to wz turbo was because if you have a crappy team like i just had and your the only one scoring you can’t really turn the game around like you used to before Christmas it used to be fun before the update that changed everything came out whenever that was

Judging from your comment, it looks like you’re pairing up with randoms which applies to all team-based playlists. If you don’t want to experience lopsided matches, try and find a group that wants to play Grifball or other team based playlists.

That is what’s wrong with this game. Being forced to find a group so you have a better chance of not being steamrolled as a random.

Yeah I agree. I’m not even bothered touching Halo 5 team-based Arena again thanks to the paranoia of being steamrolled by a bunch of fireteams. Hopefully from what I’m hearing, the MM team is working on something to deal these issues involving solos & fireteams.

Not sure what caused groups to become the majority…
But it makes a good game, alot less fun.
Grifball is garbage now. It belongs to Reach and only Reach.
Grifball is all about timing and player location.
