Why is it not a playlist yet?? Perhaps one of the funest games in all of Halo and you have to get friends to do a custom game to be able to play it…

Just like Halo 3 and Halo Reach, they need sometime to fine tune maps for Grifball. Halo Reach never had a playlist for Grifball at launch they announced three months into Reach that the guys at Rooster Teeth or whatever is operating Grifball is working on maps and gametypes for it. I’m sure it’s the same situation here, cool your thruster packs.

Griffball already has a map in game. just go to the custom games and you will find it. Its really not that complicated to make a court on ANY MAP. More like 343 is going to just put it on the backburner

I guess you’ve never played Grifball on Halo 3 and Halo Reach huh? lol.
They might have a default, but that doesn’t add any flavor to the gametype. If this was the case we might as well have one map alone for every playlist and call it good. Grifball is no different, you need different maps, different gametypes. Just like Halo 3 and Reach did.
GrifballHub.com is in charge of making the maps and refining the gametype for matchmaking. Trust me – we’re working on it. We’ll have everything ready soon.
In the meantime we’re running lots of custom lobbies, Grifball events, and a league (signups open tomorrow) to feed your need for Grifbal.
