Why are there no penalties in place for people who dont play griffball the way they are supposed to? i had to stop playing griffball for a while because i had teammates who would try to kill me for the ball and also have teammates who have a guest account and not even bother playing, leaving us with a severe handicap.
i literally had to report a teammate because he was on with a guest account but the guest had no kills and 12 deaths.
why are there no penalties in place for people who do this type of thing?
Because of the lack of your communication with the team and you don’t even have a team you just get random babies, what are you expecting that Walshy play with you every time?
i play how it is supposed to be played and most of the time I amd the one who scores the most because no one else on my team bothers.
but that doesnt excuse the fact that a lot of matches i have are stupid because i am only having help from 1 other person because the other 2 are AFK OR trying to kill me.
And how would you consider me to be bad cuz my teammates trying to kill me for the ball? Last i checked they were on MY team and supposed to HELP me. (or whoever has the ball). I have enough trouble trying to score with 4 people on the other team trying to kill me, i dont need it from my teammates as well.
There will NEVER be a solution to jerks on the internet. Find 3 other people to play Grifball with. Shouldn’t be too hard to find a team. Invite the one guy from each game that actually tries. Soon enough you’ll have an elite Grifball team.

Kiddo, i know exactly how you feel…I always get paired up with the losing team unfortunately, and the worst part, whenever, im close to the goal, i always get betrayed. I’ve had this problem since Reach and i am happy that im 130, cuz i am so not going back to GB.

the reason is because i already thought about that which is why i said that i said earlier.
and second, we shouldnt just NOT play a game because of BS. That is like saying there is a lobby full of hackers in a specific game type and instead of addressing the situation and FIXING it, everyone decides to look the other way and stay out of the game type just as long as it doesnt affect them. and that is quite honestly a stupid mentality to have.

so why does waypoint exist if you can’t met other peoples in game by halo waypoint?

i dont use waypoint. and i am not a competitive player. all i want to do every now and then is play a few rounds and have fun. i shouldnt have to go through all this trouble just for 1 decent game. that is more trouble than it is worth.

Just try to win the game, even if your teammates betray you for the ball, and report/avoid them afterwards.

Other than people submitting a Player Review, it’s not like you’re breaking any game rules by…not being there…
While it’s definitely something that the developers are wanting to AVOID, you can’t really take action against someone just because they have an AFK guest.
Because for all they know…that’s all that’s going on…is an AFK guest.
They are trying to hit you because they want you to SCORE rather than sit defensively at the back and move back and forth as if you are considering that delivering the bomb might be beneficial to your team.
