There’s still a hidden rank in social playlists to make sure you don’t get complete noobs put up against championship level pros. But I wouldn’t know how you’re seeing it.

Social is ranked play but hidden, complete with full stat tracking.
Why can’t they remove stat tracking from social playlists? Or the whole game for that matter?

Well that’s really unfortunate… You would think that 343i would put a tad more effort into “social” playlists than just making them ranked with hidden ranks.
Come on 343i, give us some actual real social playlists!
This silly thought keeps crawling into my head when I read stuff like this, I know it sounds silly but what if 343 are purposely doing silly stuff like ranked social and lack of content so that before Halo 6 launch they can say “Halo 6 will include everything and fix all these things!” Just so people buy into it.
I know that’s a stupid thing to say but I can’t help but get the feeling that’s a lot of the problems in the game are to obvious to actually mess up. Like assult without exploding bombs for example.
