What do you use more in Griff, the Gravity Hammer or the Energy Sword?

I rarely use the sword because it feels like the lunge distance in Halo 4 is shorter than other games and is therefore very hard to use without going 1 for 1 all the time. The Gravity Hammer is best if you time it just right, but it’s near useless on the ball carrier, so GH for players, and ES for ball guy, but I use the GH ALOT more.
i find grifball laggy, when i swing first i die. i do anything im the one who dies so i don’t really do grifball, i always seem to have no luck
I prefer the energy sword because if you miss a GH hit you need to wait 1-2 Seconds (Can’t remember) But once you miss you get destroyed, and the ES can lunge which I love.
