Any worries that it might turn into an assassination-fest like Reach Hockey or a game of Monkey in the Middle?

I’m guessing assassinations will be as common as they are in Reach Grifball. It’s usually a bad idea to go for them (since you’re open to being killed for so long), but sometimes you just can’t resist…

I always loved grifball as a gametype you could sit back and enjoy when you get tired or frustrated by normal multiplayer. I might spend some more time there now :slight_smile:

dont like the new grifball, prefered it when it exploded. will probably make an assault variant like in the good ol’ days

Hmm, that ball skull is definitely human with human nasal structure.

There is no Assault gametype in Halo 4, sadly. The little Forerunner ‘poof’ is what we get for an explosion now.

But the round doesn’t end when you score on the default Grifball gametype, so defenders won’t have to wait to respawn after a bomb explodes. They can get right back to killing Grif.
