Is there anyway to get friendly fire taken off for grifball or move grifball over to ranked? I for one am sick and tired of getting stuck with rookies who can’t play for -Yoink- who kill their own teammates more then the the enemy
How would making it ranked fix that issue? Anyway, this was used for a short time and they decided it doesn’t work well.

It wouldn’t “fix” the issue but people tend to play more cautiously when they are getting ranked. So I could be wrong here, but, I believe it would 1) cut down on team killing, and 2) pair u up with people more at your level… If it doesn’ matter about your level of play then why have a ranking system at all? Don’ get me wrong, I’m not say I’m like one of the best grifball players cause I’m not. But I’m tired of playing one of my favorite games cause my “team” isn’t playing close to where I think I am… I’m lvl 145 and I keep getting paired with teammates below 50, which shows me they are not as familiar with the game as I am.
Basically what I’m looking for is a more even playing field. It’s my opinion that we probably all what competition but not defeate after defeated cause your team is inexperienced
Would Grifball even be worth making ranked? It was the lowest populated playlist a month ago and it’s still the lowest now. Tighter MMR restrictions would make finding games in it even harder for better players.
Friendly Fire is on because it prevents players from getting launched out of the map or getting to places they shouldn’t be. It’s a neccessary evil.

Agreed. But that’s y I think it should be in a ranked playlist cause it dies require some skill.

I think it would be better as a ranked gave vs a social game due to the skill needed to not kill teammates. Valid point tho. I can respect that it’s not necessarily high on the populated playlist. I just think it’s because it’s not popular, but I never cared for it so I only experienced it for a brief period of time. If you think it’s because of booting, you could always ask Josh Menke in the MM Feedback thread to see if he’ll give you an answer. He has the data which can see player booting and if it’s an actual issue.
