What do you think about the new style of Grifball? Ball throwing, Swording the bomb carrier gives you the bomb, hitting the bomb with the gravity hammer causes it to move.
I personally don’t like the whole “throwing the ball” tactic, but I’ll have to live. All I know is i’m happy there is no Grifball playlist, because that was just stat -Yoink!- central.
So what do all of you fine Ladies and Gentlemen think of the new Grifball?
EDIT:Did anyone notice that the Gravity Hammer had a squeeky sound effect when used?

I’m against it but i’m not…
I really wish they would not try to spice everything up, especially stuff that doesn’t need spiced up, but at the same time all these changes create a new challenge of learning different tricks and strategies.
It may sound weird but this is kind of a replacement for trick jumping for me, reach ruined trick jumping because there was no point, you had a jetpack, and since the jetpack is also in Halo 4 there will also be no point, so being able to learn different Grifball tricks is going to be my pass time with my friends.

Yeah, hopefully there are both versions, anyways not to get off topic but regarding the whole “turn off the new changes” topic, I saw a thread regarding the sticky flag and locked flag changes being permanent and that you cannot turn them off, is this true?
I unfortunately saw a thread hours ago regarding this, but I unfortunately lost it.

Precisely, imagine how irritating it will be in Grifball games when every one is spamming Hammers or even in custom games. It will most likely make me turn down my tv if it sounds as horrible as it does now. Just a sheer disappointment at the Audio team now, they have done good by some guns and weapons but bad by others.
I like the effort they are putting in put I just don’t think they should change the sound too much of iconic weapons, the Gravity Hammer being a prime example in Halo 4 and sounds terrible.

Mght also have something to do with the fact that the video was filmed off screen.
