Does anyone know why the maximum local players on the grifball playlist is 2? Every single other playlist has a max of 4.
A group of buddies came over last night to play some grifball, and we were disappointed to see that only 2 could play at a time. In my opinion, if there was ever a playlist to have 4 people on the same console, grifball would be it.
I would say “because of them boosters”. I could be wrong but I doubt it.
So you can’t boost each other and get easy commendations/exp.
Is the game not 4v4? I mean, want to play with my buddies all on the same team. One Live account and 3 guests. It’s pretty ridiculous that the 4 of us couldn’t enjoy a game of grifball together when we could play any of the other playlists.
Besides, boosters don’t affect anyone else in Halo 4. I mean, I couldn’t give 2 damns if some guys hits SR130 legitimately or because he played a bunch of grifball. It’s not like you can win a truck by playing any more.

Maybe you could do a custom game of griffball?
Custom Grifball with the same people over and over isn’t as fun as matchmaking Grifball
Right, exactly. I just wanted my team of 4 against another 4 in matchmaking. It seems we arbitrarily need 2 Xboxes for that to happen, even though we can all play oddball, ctf, infinity slayer, or any other playlist all together on the same box. It’s just silly.
