I imagine they are removing it to so that the population doesn’t run low in some playlists, and I guess it would depend on how much population Infection can retain, if it remains popular I don’t see why it would be rotated, but that’s all my opinion, only time will tell.

Low population
Like I said in A Tingf’s thread, even if Grifball is being taken away “temporarily”, does anybody else remember how long it takes 343i to fix anything? Last I checked, we still don’t have Orion back in the map rotation, and Urban was removed from the game for like 4 months, and I still think it’s not in the game. I wouldn’t get my hopes up for Grifball to come back any time soon.

If they fix the nutso amount of betrayal bootings I have to deal with in it they can keep it for as long as they want.

Urban was only like a month not 4 SMH, and I think it was a little bit difficult because they didnt expect that the farmers -Yoink- it up like that
