Hi everybody, I’m not very good at making these sorta things, but I think most people will agree with me in saying, we want Grifball.
First off, I know it was mentioned a while before the game came out, that the Gravity Hammer would be returning to Halo 5; obviously it didn’t. But thankfully, 343 has been pretty good about listening to community feedback, so 343, if you see this, we want Grifball. And Flood/Infection; I think that goes without saying.

It didn’t yet. But I will come in a monthly patch.
IMO, the best Grifball they could make in Halo 5 would be:
Round based (like in H3/ Reach, not H4’s garbage Grifball)
No sprint, and ball carrier gets his speed buff from before.
Keep thrusters, can make for some fun plays
USE THE BOMB, NOT THE SKULL LIKE H4!.
IDK how I feel about throwing the ball like in H4, but I would just play it safe and give us something we know we’ll love.
I sure hope grifball is coming. Endless fun when i played it last with my friends. Can’t wait for it to arrive.
Yeah man. I got on Halo 4 today just to play some.
I would like to see it return too ! I had a lot of fun playing with friends on Reach !

Well, seeing as how Halo 5 has neither Oddball nor a Bomb, who knows what they’ll end up using?
It would be a real slap in the face if Grifball came out before either of them though.

I have Neutral CTF as the gametype and Inceneration Cannon as the primary, and of course, Energy Sword as the secondary.
As for the map, all it is right now is an empty breakout arena with opposite team specific flag holders on each edge of the map and a neutral flag in the middle. Idk how (or if) I’m gonna do rounds.

Breakout has rounds. I don’t made a gametype yet but maybe you could try a breakout gametype with that flag and swords only. Or is that not possible? Breakout without single lives?

Yeah, I tried using breakout, but the flags wouldn’t show up. I might just have to do some tweaking. I don’t actually remember if I could respawn XD

Is it enough of a confirmation if NOKYARD is forging Grifball maps already and tweeting about it?

I would say so lol. I mean he isn’t official, but he probably knows something we don’t.
