Why don’t the mods answer pms?
I have sent lots and not one single answer.
This is a genuine question
Because they are volunteers who get flooded with similar PMs on a daily basis and have to moderate these forums at the same time WHILE juggling with their actual lives. You are one in a sea of thousands of people. Besides, it is almost Christmas and they are probably enjoying the holidays.

All forum moderators tend to be volunteers, the admins are the official employees of the forums around here. Still, they don’t venture here often. By chance, despite the fact I can’t really help out, what was your issue?
I wanted to report a mod for unfair treatment. I tried using the pm system but its never answered.

Well that is going to be a bit of a problem. You can try to PM BS Angel about it or hit her up on Twitter. But unless you have real, conclusive evidence of abuse by a mod, I wouldn’t. People tend to think them enforcing the rules is abuse when it is not.
It’s a genuine issue, I have pmed bsangel and not heard anything. Oh we’ll at least I know now that its volunteers , thanks for your time

If your complaint is genuine then you’ll just have to wait and be patient
