Grey Team Armor Set.

I just got finished reading Halo: Ghost Of Onyx and also Halo: The Cole Protocol and after reading that story and seeing the cover for The Cole Protocol it really caught my eye and made me wonder why we did not see this armor set in the Halo 5 game. I understand that the helmet shares a resemblance too the Decimator helmet from Halo 5 and I think it would be interesting too see this armor set in Halo 5. I just want that sick looking armor and I wouldn’t mind if they just went and kept the same Decimator helmet just bring that solid looking body set too the game with that blade on the back.

Ehh so a re-skinned version of Hayabusa?

Uh, what does Hayabusa have to do with this? The armor featured on the cover of The Cole Protocol looks nothing like Hayabusa.

Yeah, I loved those armours, would love to see them return.

It’s sort of a re-skin because of the blade on the back.

That seems like a massive stretch because that thing is probably some type of combat knife.

I disagree. Gray Team is currently equipped with the Reach-style Mark V armor, with the helmet appearing as a streamlined Mark VI helmet. So it is certainly not Hayabusa.

Very true, however it will have a Hayabusa feel with that blade.

I wouldn’t exaggerate that much but it certainly will have that Hayabusa nostalgia.

No it doesn’t, the first thing I thought about the image was Reach.

How does this, look like this?

Reach didn’t have that blade unless it was the armor itself that you only paid attention to.

SPI armour anyone?

I paid attention to the design, the aesthetics.

The Cole Protocol is one of my favorite Halo books. I’d love to see Grey Team’s armor in Halo 6, or added to Halo 5.
