Hi, so I am wondering if anyone knows if this armor mod applies to things like the Reach grenade launcher’s grenades, or the gungoose grenades? What about rockets/explosives in general? And do you take damage from all explosives or just from hand grenades? I know it’s kind of a dumb question but some armor mods have interesting secondary uses, like how automedic is a good mod for vehicle crews prior to wheelman becoming available in a match.
Only your grenades receive a damage buff from the Grenadier armor mod. Everything else (that shoots an explosive) will not receive a buff for reasons concerning balance. Despite that, I think you’ll receive an overall increased resistance to all explosive damage when you equip Grenadier.

I think that may be the case, although I’m uncertain about Splinter Grenades thrown by the Soldiers due to the nature of the shards.

Not Splinter Grenades, no. They aren’t explosives once they detonate.
